Please finish this project before starting another one, please?
Here you can find some of my projects, both present and past. It's not meant to be an exhaustive list, and you can find more projects on my GitHub account.
Current Side Projects
Project 424: Currently, I am building a real-time telemetry acquisition
and processing solution using Docker Compose, the existing Unity simulation, Apache Kafka, Apache Spark and Cassandra. You can have a look here.
The aim is to create a real-time system, much like the sheds you see pit-side at an F1 circuit, you know - the ones with all the pretty numbers and colours and graphs, but helpful. I want to help
the community (sim racers, performance engineers, MLE's, etc) dive into the world of data, and further the development of that car, and if I'm being honest, looking forward to the day I get to see my work run around the Nurburgring.
.
AIden: An LLM-based co-pilot. A project inspired from long before the GPT days. I've always wanted a sidekick. My current stack uses Terraform, Docker, Python, FastAPI and OpenTelemetry for observability.
Currently, it only supports text-only LLM's, but I'm planning on adding vision models to - say for object recognition, maybe scanning (say I want to scan a part for CAD etc.) I don't really have a clear plan for it, but I do know that
I want to turn it into something awesome. You can check out the code and play with it on GitHub. UPDATE I am retooling it using Langchain at the moment, will integrate into the API once core functionality is completed. Intermediate repo is here.
Past Projects
Maria: An AI bot developed for TORCS (The Open Racing Car Simulator), named after an old flame. Maria is designed to drive within the simulation, utilizing AI algorithms using game data, to improve racing performance. You can view more details and the code on GitHub.
CS:GO Inspired Airsoft Bomb Prop: I play airsoft in my spare time. So I have built custom airsoft bomb prop designed to mimic the in-game devices from CS:GO. This project involves programming Arduinos and 3D printing the device, which I use during airsoft games. It adds a fun and immersive element to gameplay. Check out more details of the prop here.
